Why Do We Give Back to God?

God uses our Tithe, Over and Above, Alms, First Fruits and Mission Offerings as an investment where everyone involved gets a return. Jesus said in (Luke 6:38), "Give and it shall be given unto you; good measure, press down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For the same measure that you give it shall be measured to you again."  God delights to bless beyond our needs (Mal.3:8-12). So, then we are Blessed to be a Blessing to others.  It is God’s nature to also Bless the Giver and Receiver. Jesus said,"It is more blessed to give than to receive." We learn to give liberally of our Time, our Talents and our Treasure. Giving reveals the heart as Jesus said that "For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also " (Matt.6:21).
