Come to Be Served

The first step to getting connected at Encounter Church is simply to attend one of our weekly services or Bible Study. Come as you are, there is no dress code, and everyone is welcome.

Nursery is available for the young ones and we have a SuperKids Ministry serving children up to age 12.

Become Part of Our Family

We invite you consider joining one of our volunteer groups that ministers to our church members and community at large.

We also encourage you to attend the church sponsored events to help you to meet likeminded people and build lasting relationships within the church and the community.

We look forward to welcoming you as part of our church family!

Our church is dedicated and desires to help every child of God explore their spiritual life and develop a deeper walk with the Lord. We partner with Faith in Action Bible College to offer a wide variety of accredited programs for religious study.

We offer these classes on Monday evenings to anyone in the community and the church that has a strong desire to grow in their discipleship or who feel called to the ministry. We encourage you to explore these certifications offered through the college:

Certificate of Ministry
Diploma in Theology
Advanced Diploma in Leadership

If you are more interested in pursuing a position within a church, such as a church leader or any other ministry positions, we offer the following programs:

Associate Degree in Theology
Associate of Arts Degree in Theology
Bachelor of Arts Degree in Christian Ministry

You may also attend to Audit the classes. All classes are taught in person by Pastor Gary and Pastor Billy on Thursday Nights from 6p.m. to 9p.m.To request an information pack from Faith in Action Bible College /Pensacola, contact Pastor Gary at (850) 449-1275 for additional information.

Volunteer

We invite you to connect as a team of church members who helps create a welcoming environment so that people can experience the hope of Jesus Christ! Every person matters to us because every person matters to God. There is no replacement for the impact each of us can make on another person. At Encounter Church you have the opportunity to change the world one life at a time. Come join us and make a difference.

Become a part of shaping the next generation by engaging kids with the Gospel to help them build their faith.
Assist the staff with special projects and outreach and ministry events.
Assist the staff with weekly administrative tasks, church cleaning, lawn maintainence.
Assist with preparation for the worship experiences, prayer teams, coffee bar or at the Welcome Center.
Be the first to welcome guests as soon as they arrive and answer any questions people might have.
Pray with those who just made the most important decision of their lives by accepting Christ.
Become part of the worship team (audition required).
